Dr. Amy Link, PT, DPT
Owner of Sacred Roots

Dr. Amy is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love without bothersome symptoms holding them back.

After experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction herself, she knows what it feels like to be confused, ashamed, and dismissed. Too often, women are told there is nothing they can do pelvic issues. Dr. Amy believes that our bodies are capable of profound healing and loves to walk along side others who are seeking to feel better in their bodies.

Dr. Amy enjoys gardening, reading, and getting outside with her husband, son, and two sweet pups. 

Delaney Pearce, OTR/L

Delaney (she/her/hers) is an occupational therapist who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation and occupational therapy for both adults and pediatrics. Her mission is to provide a safe, comfortable space where women, individuals of all gender identities, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community can go to receive high quality, trauma-informed, holistic pelvic floor therapy.

Delaney pursued her interest in pelvic therapy after coming face to face with the stigma of pelvic and sexual health both within the medical field and in her own communities. She believes in our innate ability to heal through sharing our authentic stories, listening to our bodies, and empowering one another. She hopes to walk alongside her clients on their journey’s to living fulfilling, meaningful lives unimpeded by pain, incontinence, or shame.

In her free time, you’ll likely find Delaney with friends or family at a dog-friendly brewery, walking along the Rio Grande, dancing to live music, or in her garden.

Morgan Portillo

Morgan is in charge of all things admin at Sacred Roots. She has years of experience working in the pelvic rehab world and loves making women feel comfortable and cared for while they are seeking help for their pelvic floor concerns.
